Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Refunds

Radhe Roti Seva Foundation is a registered non-profit NGO (charity). All contributions made to us through this platform are voluntary donations made for the welfare, feed, medical operation, and housing of rescued cows.

As these contributions are spent directly on immediate fodder and medical operations, we **do not offer refunds** once a donation has been made and verified. We request all donors to carefully review details before making a transaction.

2. Double / Erroneous Transactions

In rare circumstances where a transaction occurs twice due to payment gateway lag or banking errors, please contact us at info@radherotiseva.org with proof of payment within 7 working days. Our finance team will review the claim, and if verified, process a refund within 14 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellation procedures because no products or services are sold in exchange for donations. Recurring monthly sponsorships, if introduced in the future, can be cancelled by emailing our support team at least 5 business days before the billing cycle.
